Can I return an item?
We accept the return of items purchased from our online store for a refund within 15 business days of purchase.
The items should be intact, without any marks of use. We also accept the return of items with manufacturing defects, which will later be verified by our team.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and must be made to our address. The item must be shipped in its original box, otherwise it may not be accepted. Once the returned item is received, we will send you an email and refund the amount of your purchase.
How do I receive the refund?
The refund will be made through the same payment method you used to place the order. Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, the refund period is 15 business days.
Can I exchange an item?
You can exchange an item by sending us an email requesting the exchange and stating the item you wish to exchange it for. The exchange can be done in person at our showroom, on a date and time to be scheduled, or you can send it via post, ensuring the shipment of the item in its original box. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. PAL will guarantee the shipping cost of the new item.
PAL reserves the right to reject returns received after the stipulated return deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as they were received.
