Shipping and deliveries

What types of delivery are available?

Your order can be shipped via carrier or you can pick it up at our showroom in Lisbon.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping and delivery for orders to Continental Portugal or Islands will have a fixed cost of 6€ that will be presented at checkout.

This fee covers the shipping and delivery cost up to a maximum weight of 2kg.

How are orders processed outside Portugal?

Any product can be shipped to any country, however, please send us an email requesting a quote for shipping costs to your country..

Como se processa a entrega?

Todas as encomendas recebidas  e com pagamento validado, até às 12:00h, serão expedidas no próprio dia. As encomendas recepciuonadas após esta hora serão expedidas no dia seguinte. No caso de fins de semana e feriados, as encomendas serão expedidas no dia útil seguinte.

As encomendas para as ilhas da Madeira e dos Açores serão expedidas através de CTT Expresso, com previsão de entrega: 5 dias úteis após envio.

As encomendas para Portugal Continental e Espanha serão expedidas para a morada de envio, através da transportadora MRW, com previsão de entrega de entre 1 a 5 dias úteis após envio. A transportadora fará duas tentativas de entrega, pelo que para garantir o sucesso da mesma, sugerimos que forneça uma morada onde seja expectável encontrar alguém para a recepcionar, como exemplo a sua morada de emprego.

My order has not arrived yet

If your order has not arrived yet and the expected delivery date has already been exceeded, we’re happy to help.

In order to do so, please check:

  • if your account has your correct shipping address and contact details;
  • if the information on the waybill, on the carrier’s website, indicates whether the order has been delivered or not;
  • if you have received an email or an attempted delivery call from our carrier (your order may be awaiting pickup, or you may need to reschedule it);

if after these steps you still cannot locate your order, please contact us here and include your order number. We will get back to you within 24 hours, except weekends and holidays, ensuring that we will do our best to locate your order as soon as possible.
